Orangerie: A Memorable Gastronomic Journey

Recounting the experience at the Orangerie restaurant, part of the luxurious Manna Resort, is a task that defies words, but I will try to convey how extraordinary the experience was.
We reserved the only table available in the kitchen, a gesture that turned a dinner into a total immersion in the culinary world. So here was our gastronomic journey come to life in front of our eyes, as the chef prepared the dishes directly in front of us, involving us in every step, transporting us in a whirlwind of flavors and aromas.
The menu, designed to surprise us with each course, guided us through a sensory journey in the dark, where each dish was a revelation.
The first appetizers enveloped us in a sea of intense and surprising flavors, creating a true gastronomic masterpiece. The orecchiette al grano arso with turnip greens was a pleasant surprise, a passionate homage by the chef to his Apulian roots.
But the real surprise came with the all-vegetable dish, where the delicacy of the mushrooms blended with the intense aroma of the black truffle, providing an unforgettable experience.
A conclusione della nostra cena un attento barman ci ha deliziato con un cocktail al profumo avvolgente di rosmarino, preparando il nostro palato per l'ultima portata. Un'opera di arte dolciaria, con una serie di cioccolatini fatti in casa, ognuno una storia diversa per gusto e texture.
This was not a simple dinner, it was a journey through the richness of flavors, an experience that pampered us and made us feel privileged, spectators of a perfectly orchestrated culinary show.
A heartfelt thank you to Chef Michele Iaconeta and his staff for their warm welcome and professionalism. I highly recommend this experience to all lovers of good food, and I can't wait to go back, to relive this magical moment once again.
